'Apna Time Aayega': Ranveer Singh's rapping skills will beat your Monday blues!
After creating an immense buzz amongst audience with the trailer, the makers of Gully Boy have now released the much awaited song 'Apna Time Aayega'.
'Apna Time Aayega' is the first official song from the film, and Ranveer Singh has lent his voice to this rap song composed by Dub Sharma & DIVINE. The lyrics have been penned by DIVINE & Ankur Tewari.
Ranveer Singh is showing his rapping skills and spitting like a pro.
The recently released trailer of Gully Boy has garnered immense appreciation from all quarters, which revolves around Ranveer's character, who rises from the slums of Mumbai to become a rapper. The film is inspired by the lives of Mumbai-based rappers, who shot to fame from the chawls of the city.
Gully Boy is a story inspired by slum rappers of Dharavi. Ranveer Singh who is paired opposite Alia Bhatt for the first time on the big screen is playing the role of a street rapper.
The film is Ranveer's second collaboration with Zoya which showcases the actor in a leaner avatar.
Gully Boy also stars Alia Bhatt who is marking her first outing with Excel Entertainment and Zoya Akhtar will be seen in a never seen before avatar in Gully Boy.
The film also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Kalki Koechlin in pivotal roles.
The film will also be premiering at the Berlin International Film Festival. The film will be releasing on February 14th, 2019.
